The winners of the 2025 National Afforestation Campaign Poster Contest, run by the Kyoto Prefectural Government and KMFA, have been decided.
This year, we received 754 entries from schools across Kyoto Prefecture. From these, 200 works were selected: 2 for the Grand Prize, 4 for the Excellence Award, 6 for the Encouragement Award, 10 for the Effort Award, and 178 for the Honorable Mention.
Selected works will be entered into the national competition. An awards ceremony for the winners of the Encouragement Award and higher was held on Saturday, August 30.
