On June 24, 2021, the Kyoto Model Forest Association held the annual general meeting of the 2021 fiscal year in Kyoto city.

To prevent the spread of COVD-19, the minimum number of participants and officers attended the meeting. The regular members were encouraged to send a written verdict instead of attending the conference, and 158 written verdicts were accepted.

Mr. Yukio Minakuchi, the Secretary-General of the Kyoto Forest Instructor Association, was nominated as the chairperson for the meeting. According to the agenda, the 2020 financial report and election of the board members were approved. Followingly, the 2020 Annual Report and the 2021 fiscal year project plan and budget, which the Board of Directors approved in March, were reported.
