On June 9, 2023, the “Forest Management Experience and Lumber Market Tour” was held in Keihoku, Ukyo-ku, Kyoto.
Nineteen participants observed and experienced forest maintenance by forest instructors at the “Forest in Commemoration of the Merger” in Ukyo-Ward. This was followed by a visit to the Hokuso Lumber Center and a tour of the lumber market facilities.
