The Annual General Meeting for FY2023 was held on Tuesday, June 27, at the Garden Palace in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, in the presence of Governor Nishiwaki of Kyoto Prefecture, Vice Chairman Hayashi of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, and Director Ujihashi of the Kyoto Osaka Forest Office.

The General Meeting was attended by 127 regular members (more than the majority of 189 regular members), including 36 in person, 10 by proxy, and 81 by voting on submitted documents. The newly elected board members were elected this time.
